From late January through March the SandBass are spawning along the Sabine River. Logansport is an excellent location to launch with two available launch sites. Campgrounds, camps and local restaurants are available. The annual Barber SandBass Jackpot is held in March of each year hosted by the E. J. Barber family for the love of fishing.
